5. Payment and access

The price shown at checkout is a one-time payment in USD unless otherwise stated. Access is delivered by email after payment clears. Keep that email. If it does not arrive, write to us from the address you used at checkout — see Support.

6. Refunds

You have 60 days from the purchase date to request a full refund, for any reason, by emailing us. We refund the amount you paid for the product. Payment-processor fees charged to you by a third party, if any, may sit outside that refund. Once a refund is issued, we may revoke access.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use the materials to harass, stalk, impersonate, or coerce anyone.
• Do not use them to contact someone who has asked you to stop, or where a legal order forbids contact.
• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or publicly republish the content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision you make after using the materials. Our total liability for a claim related to this product is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
