I paid and didn't get access
Check spam and promotions for an email from the checkout provider. If nothing is there after 15 minutes, write to us with the date, the last four digits of the card (or PayPal email), and the name on the order. Do not send the full card number.
I want a refund
You have 60 days from purchase. Email us with the subject line “Refund” and the email you used at checkout. We refund the product price. Access may be turned off after the refund.
I want to change my email
Send the old address and the new one from the old inbox if you can. We'll move the login.
